PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cranberry fruits have been known and used for centuries, as they are a good source of vitamin C, E, K1 and polyphenols - antioxidants that protect your body from damage caused by free radicals. They are also rich in fibre. There is some evidence that cranberry may be helpful in preventing reoccurring Urinary Tract Infection* although these claims have not been approved by UK Food Standards Agency.

Cranberries are rarely eaten raw due to their sharp and sour taste, usually they are consumed as fruit juice or added to foods. Drinking cranberry juice is a good alternative to the raw fruit but the juice is often packed with sugar and/or sweeteners. Taking Cranberry supplements gives you all the benefits of the raw fruit without the sharp taste and usually with much less sugar.
