Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12 p.m. (noon), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be shipped the same day, provided payment has been cleared. For orders placed after this time or on Saturdays, we strive to dispatch them on the same day if possible, usually by 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday or 10 a.m. on Saturdays, but we cannot guarantee this.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail:

• Orders up to 100g (including packaging) are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• Orders over 100g are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For faster delivery, you may choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional fee of £1.00.

Important Note:
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates, as most delivery services do not guarantee specific delivery times. While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, once your order is shipped, delivery times are outside our control.

Overseas Delivery
We regret that we do not currently ship orders outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
