Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a shrub that grows mainly in India and in the Middle East. Its root has been used for over 3000 years in traditional Ayurvedic* medicine. Ashwagandha contains Withanolides - naturally occurring steroids that have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and hormone-balancing properties.
Its growing popularity as a food supplement in the western world is mainly due to its health properties, although none of the clinical trials have confirmed its usefulness as a remedy for stress and mental problems, as well as boosting testosterone in men. It is also popular among athletes as it is believed to help with athletic performance and increasing muscle strength.
Our yummy, natural-raspberry flavoured gummies are a good alternative to 'usual' capsules and tablets. Each portion of 2 gummies contains 1200mg of Ashwagandha Root Extract.
These gummies are made in EU to the highest standards and are GMP certified. They are free from Gluten, GMO, Artificial Colours, Flavours, Sweeteners and Preservatives; they do not contain any known allergens (see "Allergy Advice" section below).
Available in 2 sizes: 60 and 150 gummies per pack, where the smaller one is a budget-friendly version if you want to test if the product is right for you; the large pack, with recommended daily dose of 2 gummies, provides supply for up to 2.5 months when taken regularly.
